After a good night sleep, we met a nine am for breakfast.
Next we had a photosession with the great official clothing. So thanks COSL for making that happen.
After a teammeeting, we went to a Nairobi School for an small running session to loosen up
Then lunch, retstime and off to a guided tour through colourful and pulsing Nairobi city
Afterwards the getting back to the hotel was a very new traffic experience. Then Dinner time and some free time with the adviceto get to bed at 10pm. Tomorrow a real practise and in the afternoon tree planting and Opening ceremony. Sleep well
